Under our Customer Service Charter, we will reply to your online enquiry within 5 working days. We work hard to answer enquiries as quickly as we can and the response time is often less than 5 days.
Complaints
If you’ve got any questions or complaints about your early childhood education and care service contact your regulatory authority. They’re responsible for approving providers and services, assessing and rating services, compliance and promoting continuous improvement.
